Makeup Worth Trying: Flower Cosmetics

Every once in a while you come across a new brand of makeup that you must try. My local Walmart started carrying the brand Flower by Drew Barrymore and I knew I wanted to try it. I had seen several YouTube reviews on it and even read up on the line. Drew Barrymore claims that this line is high end quality at a drugstore price.

I purchased two products the Skin Cognito Stick Foundation in the shade SF2 and the Powder Trip Powder Foundation in the shade 1. I have been using them for the last two days and can say they are not bad quality. I wouldn’t necessarily say that they are high end quality but they are good for a drugstore product.

The stick foundation offers medium coverage and applies smoothly with a beauty blender. The Powder foundation is great for setting the stick foundation. I did notice that my face started looking like it needed retouched after about six hours but I do live in Florida so that is the inevitable with any foundation. As for the packaging it’s amazing. All the products are white with a rose gold outline which is super pretty. So my recommendation is give it a try you never know it may work great for you! Has anyone else tried this line? How did you like it?
